1. Data collected or processed
The app does not require users to create an account. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, payment card details, contacts, photos, camera data, microphone data, or public chat messages through the app.
The published Android and iOS versions of the app collect or process the following data:
- Local player profile and save data: player ID, display name, country/region code, installation ID, app version, platform, locale, time zone, profile creation date, last-seen date, settings, progression, rewards, inventory, achievements, campaign state, onboarding state, and other gameplay save data. This data is mainly stored locally on your device. The display name/pseudonym is not intentionally sent to Firebase Analytics or Mixpanel analytics.
- Analytics data: when analytics collection is enabled after consent where required: screens viewed, buttons tapped, gameplay events, progression events, virtual shop/economy events, rewards opened, ad interactions, session information, app version, platform, locale/time zone, country/region, pseudonymous player ID, installation ID, app instance ID, analytics identifiers, advertising identifiers where applicable, device/app information, and approximate location derived from IP address. Analytics events use pseudonymous identifiers, not the player's display name/pseudonym.
- Purchase-related data: product identifiers, prices, currency, purchase status, transaction-related metadata, and purchase analytics. Payment details are processed by Google Play on Android and by Apple on iOS, and are not received or stored by us.
- Crash and diagnostic data: crash logs, stack traces, app/device diagnostics, operating system information, app version, pseudonymous player ID, profile version, save counter, and technical data useful for debugging issues.
- Advertising data: when ads are shown, Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads processes ad views, clicks, rewarded ad completions, ad identifiers, advertising identifiers where applicable, device/app information, IP address, approximate location, and diagnostics. Ads can be personalized, non-personalized, or limited depending on your consent, platform settings, and Google AdMob configuration.
- Local-network multiplayer data: if you use local multiplayer, the app scans or uses the local network to discover and connect to games on the same Wi-Fi/local network. Your display name, player ID, game name, connection address, and gameplay messages can be visible to or exchanged with other players on the same local network.
The app does not currently use email/password login, social login, Firebase Authentication, Game Center login, or a public chat system.
2. How we use data
We use data to:
- provide the game and save your progress locally;
- display your player name and multiplayer game information when you use local-network multiplayer;
- understand how players use the game;
- improve gameplay, balancing, user experience, performance, stability, and security;
- measure analytics events, virtual economy/shop events, rewards, and advertising performance;
- serve and measure ads, including rewarded and interstitial ads;
- detect, diagnose, and fix crashes, bugs, and technical issues;
- prevent abuse, maintain service reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-party services
The app uses third-party services, including:
- Google Firebase Analytics;
- Firebase Crashlytics;
- Mixpanel;
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads;
- Google Play Billing for real-money in-app purchases on Android;
- Apple in-app purchase services for real-money in-app purchases on iOS;
- platform services provided by Google Play and Apple.
These services process data according to their own privacy and security practices. Their processing can include the use of pseudonymous identifiers, device/app information, IP address, approximate location, analytics events, diagnostics, and advertising data.

4. Ads and consent
The app shows rewarded ads and interstitial ads through Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads.
Depending on your region, you may be asked for consent for personalized ads, analytics, or related processing. If you refuse personalized ads, the app can still show non-personalized or limited ads when allowed by Google AdMob and applicable law. You can also use your device settings to reset or limit advertising identifiers where supported by your operating system.
5. In-app purchases and virtual purchases
The app offers real-money in-app purchases through Google Play Billing on Android and Apple in-app purchase services on iOS. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple depending on your platform. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
We receive or process purchase-related metadata such as product identifiers, prices, currency, purchase status, transaction-related analytics, and information needed to grant purchased content or rewards.
The game also includes virtual shop or economy actions using in-game currency or rewards, and these events are logged for analytics when analytics is enabled.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell users' personal data.
Data is processed by third-party service providers used to operate analytics, crash reporting, advertising, platform services, and other app functionality. We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate security or abuse issues.
When you use local-network multiplayer, some gameplay and profile information such as display name, player ID, game name, connection address, and gameplay messages are shared with other players on the same local network as part of the multiplayer feature.
7. Data security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect data. Data transmitted by the app and third-party SDKs is sent using secure connections where supported by the relevant service.
Local profile data is stored on your device. Depending on the platform and system settings, local data may also be included in device backups handled by the operating system or app store provider.
8. Data retention and deletion
Local save/profile data remains on your device until you delete it, reset the app data, or uninstall the app, subject to any operating-system backup or restore behavior.
Analytics, advertising, purchase, and technical data is retained by us or our third-party service providers for as long as needed to analyze app usage, improve the game, measure ads, debug issues, provide purchases, comply with legal obligations, or maintain service security.
The app does not create user accounts and does not provide an in-app account deletion feature. To delete local save/profile data, you can delete/reset the app data through your device settings or uninstall the app.
Because analytics, advertising, purchase, and crash data use pseudonymous identifiers and third-party SDKs, we may not be able to identify or delete a specific user's third-party data from an email request alone.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict, or receive a copy of certain personal data. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You can contact us at felfel.studio.contact@gmail.com for privacy questions. You can also manage certain privacy choices through the app settings, consent prompts where available, and your device settings.
10. Children
The app is not specifically directed to children under the age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in a way that requires parental consent without obtaining that consent.
If you believe that a child has provided personal data through the app, contact us at felfel.studio.contact@gmail.com so we can review the request.
11. International data transfers
Third-party service providers can process data in countries other than your country of residence. These countries can have different data protection laws. Where required, service providers are responsible for using appropriate safeguards for international transfers according to their own privacy and security practices.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
